If you experience any problems unsubscribing, please email info@vertigosports.com.au, detailing the email address that the emails are being sent to, and we will be happy to assist you.

Occasionally, we may run a joint promotion with a third party, in these instances we will be clear about who you are giving your information to. If you do not want to provide this information to the third party, simply tick the relevant box on the form.

If you decide that you don't want to receive marketing content from Fantic  any longer, please note that we may still be required to send you emails regarding factual, transactional and/or servicing information in connection with products or services that we are providing to you.

Sales Transactions

When making a purchasing transaction through www.fantic.com.au, you will be redirected to our booking management partner Shopify. Shopify will collect the necessary contact and transaction details to enable fulfilment of your order(s).

Information about your computer, including your IP address, operating system and browser type, may be collected for system administration. This is statistical data about website access and browsing actions used to assist the understanding of how users browse this website.

WARRANTY

Fantic warrants the quality, the absence of defects and the
proper operation of its products and undertakes to eliminate any design or
manufacturing defects.

The scope of this conventional warranty is all products in the official Fantic price lists sold on the territory of the European Union only.

Some vehicle components are covered by the warranty provided directly by the component manufacturer (e.g.: transmission, brakes, shock absorber forks). These components are not covered by Fantic's conventional warranty. Your Fantic dealer will be able to provide more information at the time of purchase.

Commencement and Duration:

The warranty begins on the date of purchase.

The warranty period will be 24 months.

Spare parts are guaranteed for 24 months from the date of invoice of Fantic to the first purchaser.

The battery pack is guaranteed for 24 months or up to 300 charge cycles, whichever comes first. The batteries are designed to retain at least 60% of their nominal capacity at the end of the warranty period.  

Replacement of parts under warranty renews the warranty period of the replaced component.

Repairs carried out under warranty will not, however, result in extension or renewal of the warranty on the entire product.

• Parts replaced under warranty will remain the property of Fantic.

• Fantic reserves the right to provide components under warranty that are different from the defective ones but with the same function characteristics
